Better Than Kentucky Chicken

Who doesn’t like fried chicken? This recipe is very easy to follow. It might take time but yet it’s worth it.
Ingredients:
1- chicken
2- one onion
3- salt
4- black pepper
5- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
6- one-two eggs
7- soft bread crumbs
8- oil
“spice to taste”

Preparation :
Usually I make 8 chicken pieces. It is enough for two people. In a deep bowl, chop the onion, add black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Then add the chicken and mix it all. Leave it in the fridge over night or for 6 hours at least. Beat the egg very well and add a teaspoon of black pepper, Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and then roll them in the bread crumbs. Cover them very well then fry them in deep oil. It only takes few minutes to be golden and crispy on the outside and soft from inside.

Add the spices and two teaspoon of lemon juice and it is done .

The second recipe is tuna with eggs. It is for good for sandwiches and it takes few minutes to make.

Boil the eggs and chop them to small pieces. Mix them with tuna and one tablespoon of mayonnaise. Mix it well and it is ready for a sandwich.

The third recipe is tuna with onion. All you need to do is chop up the onion and mix it well with the tuna. It’s my father’s favorite.
