Cucumber Pickles:
Ingredients:
1- fresh two cucumbers
2- four tablespoon of salt
3- water
4- one spoon of oil
Preparation:
Warm the water up. It should be warm not hot. Add the salt and mix it together. Slice the cucumber and add it to the salty water. The last step is to add a spoonful of oil. Close the jar tightly and leave 1 to 2 days.

Pickles
It is very easy to make home-made pickle. It takes just a few minutes and a few steps.
Carrot Pickles:
Ingredients
1- two long carrots, fresh and hard
2- five chili peppers
3- five full tablespoons of salt
4- a tablespoon of oil
5- water
Preparation:
Slice the carrots. Use a knife to poke some holes in the chili peppers. Mix the salt with water and fill a medium-sized jar with it, then add the carrots and the pepper. Add a spoonful of oil and close the jar tightly and leave it for 10 to 15 days.

Mango yogurt drink
Mango is rich with vitamins and dietary minerals. In five minutes you can have a unique taste of new drink. Let’s blend mango with yogurt :

1- one mango
2- 1 cup of plain yogurt
3 - big full cup of milk
4- sugar “as desired”
serves one person
Preparation :
Remove the skin and the stone. Slice the mango put the slices in a bowl with the yogurt and a cup of milk and sugar. Blend them all, Put it in the fridge until it gets cold, then drink it.

Cucumber Yogurt Sauce
It is one of my favorite sauces. It goes very well with any type of food, It’s very light and very delicious and takes five minutes to make.
Ingredients :
1- two cups of plain yogurt
2- one cucumber
3- salt
4- black pepper
5-cumin
6- vinegar
spice to taste
Preparation :
Put the yogurt in a bowl and add the salt, black pepper, and cumin. Usually I add one tablespoon of cumin because I believe cumin gives a better taste to anything. Add three tablespoons of vinegar and mix it well, then shred the cucumber into the sauce and mix it again and done.
